Will the same home support worker always come to our house?

At Ridge Meadows Seniors Care, we strive to consistently provide the same home support workers for your care. We recognize the importance of seniors seeing the same familiar faces each week. This continuity helps our seniors and their families establish a network of trust, reliability, and a secure environment.

Do you offer Respite care?

At this moment, we provide respite care exclusively during daytime hours, allowing families some time to unwind and recharge.

The simple answer is No. There are no contacts and no minimum amounts of times that you need to book with us to keep us as your support network; once a week or five days a week it's all the same to us. We are here to support you and the needs of your loved ones.

Do we have to sign a contract? Or are there minimums?
